We perform boilermaking services covering the design, manufacture and assembly of metallic structures from the simplest to the most complex, winning spans and loads as requested by the customer, in addition to having a qualified team to perform maintenance and installation of electromechanical equipment, we also have specialized team of internal lining in tanks, we work with specialized man-hour supply in boilermaking and maintenance.
Industrial Pipes
In this area, ASDF has a team of designers and engineers to meet the requests and needs of its customers, we develop projects beyond manufacturing and assembly, following quality control and technical procedures to meet the high levels of performance required, we also carry out inspections, reports and tests such as END'S (non-destructive tests) and hydrostatic test.
We have a team specialized in manufacturing, welding, maintenance, replacement of valves, instruments, support and coating of lines with thermal insulation. In addition to the design, manufacture and installation of exhaust and mechanized air insufflation systems for equipment and areas as required by the customer.
Naval and Maritime
We perform the manufacture and maintenance of pipelines, maintenance of equipment and valves, ship repairs, cleaning and conservation of ballast and fuel tanks.
We carry out the installation of fenders, bollards, railings and naval and maritime repairs, repairs to equipment (shiploaders) and maritime installations (berthing pier).
Electric
ASDF in the electrical segment develops projects, maintenance and installation of low voltage electrical networks in industrial, building and residential areas, with qualified professionals such as electrical, control and automation and electrotechnical engineers, we are able to meet the demand for cabling, instrumentation, manufacturing and installation of electrical panels, control panels, CCM, installation of equipment, assembly of mechanical beds, design, installation of SPDA (atmospheric discharge protection system).
Boilers and Pressure Vessels
We have qualified and specialized professionals within the scope of nr13, mechanical engineers with experience and qualification to work in inspections, maintenance and boiler vessel projects serving all of Brazil in this area of expertise. We also have trained professionals to maintain boilers and pressure vessels and replace valves and equipment.
